Volunteer with Grateful Child

Business Alliances

A number of generous companies and businesses make it possible each year for CASA of Lane County to support programs in recruiting, training and managing more volunteers to serve abused and neglected children in need. Cash grants, sponsorships and in-kind donations also allow us to provide new, innovative programming.

Banking on CASA
Pacific Continental Bank’s support of CASA typifies our Business Alliance members.

Ways in which the Bank and employees help CASA include:

  • Publicizing CASA events or special needs to all employees
  • Allowing employees to volunteer during work time
  • Contributing money
  • Providing leadership for the first Business Alliance campaign
  • Providing an employee for CASA’s board of directors
  • Giving employees time to organize and staff CASA’s Fun Run, community luncheon and other activities
  • Providing basketball hoops, mattresses, holiday gifts and clothing for CASA kids
  • Placing CASA material in bank branches

Large or small, your business may be able to help CASA, too! For example, a hairdresser sells CASA-related merchandise at her salon. A restaurant provided cookies for training meetings. A group of employees from a business made our office and grounds sparkle.

The first step is to invite us to meet with you. We can explain the ways, from recruitment of volunteers to donations of supplies, in which your company can be part of CASA’s Business Alliance. Please contact Megan Friese, Executive Director, at (541) 984-3132 to discuss how your business can be.
