Devan

Seven-year-old Devan was taken into foster care due to his father’s erratic behavior, methamphetamine and heroin drug use, and violence against Devan’s grandparent. Devan’s mother is only rarely around to visit him. Devan needs a CASA to make sure his future is safe and healthy.
