Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA) of Lane County is seeking applicants for a full time Program Supervisor.
The Program Supervisor supervises and supports Peer Coordinators and CASA Volunteers to oversee and implement the direct service of the CASA Program.
A Bachelor’s degree is preferred in social work, psychology. A combination of education and work experience in human services may substitute. Must have previous experience working with volunteers and knowledge and understanding of juvenile law, child abuse and neglect, families in crisis, and other social services skills. Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA) of Lane County is seeking applicants for a full time Development Associate – Communications and Grants Manager.
The Development Associate will work under the direct supervision of the Director of Development and Communications. This position will manage communications with a focus on the recruitment of CASA advocates. The Development Associate will work closely with the Program Manager and Volunteer Coordinator to develop strategies for the recruitment of CASA advocates in Lane County. This position also oversees all aspects of grant management; writes appeal stories; writes donor thank-you letters; runs grant reports; edits monthly CASA Volunteer newsletter; and assists with event sponsorship applications and various other fundraising projects as needed.
This position requires a bachelor’s degree and at least 1-2 years related experience and/or training. A combination of education and work experience in human services may substitute. See full job description here.
