After nearly 7 years as a Program Supervisor at CASA, Vicki Bishop has decided to join her husband as they both venture into the world of retirement. Vicki was a CASA advocate for 7 years before joining our staff. We send her into her newest adventure, which will likely involve being outdoors quite a bit, with all our best wishes.
We are now looking for a new Program Supervisor to join our team. The Program Supervisor reports to the Program Director and supports, guides and supervises the work of CASA volunteers, advocating for the best interest of abused and neglected children living in foster care. In doing so, the Program Supervisor ensures volunteer compliance with Organization policies. The Program Supervisor will support the Program Director, as needed, in the day to day administration of the Program. He/she/they will support the volunteer’s work, including collaboration with the Department of Human Services-Child Welfare, the Juvenile Court, attorneys and other community partners.
Our Events Coordinator, Michele, is leaving CASA after her fourth successful Casino Night. She will be shifting her focus and dedicating more time to her business and spending time with her three grandchildren. We wish her all the best and look forward her joining upcoming CASA events as a guest!
We are looking for another dynamic, detail-oriented, and adaptable person to fill this position. The Events Coordinator works closely with the Director of Development and Communication and volunteer committees to lead the planning and successful execution of CASA’s fundraising events. Duties include coordination of event logistics, leadership of volunteer teams, and development of creative, innovative approaches to meet fundraising goals.
