Executive Director
CASA of Lane County is looking for its next Executive Director. This is a chance to step into work that is meaningful, visible, and deeply connected to the well-being of children and families in our community. It’s leadership with purpose, people, and real impact — and yes, it’s also incredibly rewarding.
This role isn’t about sitting behind a desk or chasing titles. It’s about bringing people together, strengthening systems that matter, and leading an organization filled with passionate staff, volunteers, and partners who show up every day for kids who need an advocate.

In addition to staff roles, we offer ongoing volunteer opportunities for a CASA Advocate, Academic Advocate, or Friend of CASA.
