Prevention Month
April Child Abuse Prevention Month recognizes the importance of communities and families working together to prevent child abuse and neglect by supporting children’s well-being, strengthening families, and building protective factors.
This April, CASA is partnering with local businesses and restaurants across the community to host fundraising events that support our mission and highlight our advocacy for children and youth in foster care. These events are an opportunity to come together, raise awareness during Child Abuse Prevention Awareness Month, and make a meaningful impact for children who need a consistent voice and caring support. We invite you to support CASA throughout April by attending one or more of these events and helping us ensure more children receive the advocacy they deserve.
Wear Blue Wednesday
Help us spread awareness for Child Abuse Prevention Month! 💙
Wear blue every Wednesday in April to help raise awareness and show your support for children who have experienced abuse or neglect. It’s a simple way to start conversations and remind our community that every child deserves to feel safe, supported, and heard.
Don’t forget to share your photos on social media and tag CASA of Lane County so we can celebrate and share your support with the community!

How to Subscribe:
