A Giving Machine is a unique vending machine that allows people to support local and global charities. Every Christmas season, the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints invites people everywhere to light the world through small acts of service.
Through the Light the World Giving Machine Initiative, customized vending machines and kiosks give people an opportunity to donate necessary goods and services to those in need. These items may include food, clean water, medical care, clothing, education support, hygiene kits, and even livestock, such as chickens, goats, pigs, and beehives.
